It will also allow you to create blog posts and implement keywords into your content also, therefore helping your website rank higher on search engine rankings.

What I Like About WordPress

  1. Its straightforward to use once you have familiarised yourself with the layout
  2. The plugin feature – allows you to implement social media navigation buttons, pretty links and much more
  3. Menu and post structure – Moving pages and posts is really straight forward, simply click and drag
  4. text & HTML format – The text and HTML format makes it really easy to embed YouTube videos and search menus (Wealthy Affiliate will teach you this)
  5. Very quick – its so quick and easy to start your website. I had my first website and menu structure up and running in under 35 seconds with the help of Wealthy Affiliate (no joke).
  6. WordPress will make you aware if you website Health needs improving (Wealthy Affiliate’s site support are excellent at resolving any issues)
  7. There are loads of website themes to choose form so you can tailor your site to your niche perfectly.
  8. WordPress will show how many characters it recommends in your post and page titles to capitalise on good SEO results.

What I Dont Like About WordPress

  1. Without the Wealthy Affiliate training help, it can be very difficult to know where to start (if you are inexperienced with WordPress)
  2. It doesn’t always explain how the plugins work or can be used efficiently very clearly (Wealthy Affiliate will show you this)

My Final Thoughts

WordPress is an excellent website hosting platform. It gives you everything you need to get a website up and running and maintaining an excellent healthy website for your business or whatever your purpose is for your site. Creating a website is super simple and costs nothing. It is maintaining the website that requires the hard work and money. Also, Wealthy Affiliate have a site support feature so mainting your site is actually quite simple.     Hi Russell,

    I’ve never imagined that building my own website was actually possible. WordPress seemed difficult and not easy to understand an apply.
    Thankfully, I learned about WA through my boyfriend. I followed the trainings and managed to finally set up my own website. Now, it’s all fun and play!

    So I definitely agree with you on the added value of a WA membership!! 😉
